2-room recording studio, built from the ground up with sound isolation in mind, including raised floor, multiple-walls, and custom AC duct isolation on a dedicated, nest-controlled AC system.
Cloud-controlled Phillips Hue lighting system, built-in locking storage lockers, custom sound-treatment panels, dedicated security system, and access to our lounge/loading dock area with TV, X-box, fridge, and vending machines.

The existing console and outboard gear will be removed, but we do have the following gear we can include as loaner items to go with the room:

1) Pair of ATC Loudspeakers SCM110ASL
2) JL Audio Fathom Subwoofer
3) Neuman U 87 AI Mic Stereo Set
4) Kick Drum Mic and Sennheiser Overhead Mic
5) Various mics, stands, cables, amps, PA-system, lights, and a Tama 6-piece drumset with cymbals and all hardware leftover from previous use as hourly rehearsal room.

You will need to bring your own console and other recording gear.
